Quality Cellphone Repair LLC is committed to 110% customer satisfaction.  We provide a FREE 1 year warranty on all OEM replacement parts and labor that we used to repair your cellphone.  Parts are provided to you at our cost plus 15% .  The 15% covers ordering and handling expenses that we must charge for.  We also offer parts and labor Extended Warranties for various durations.  Purchasing an Extended Warranty can give you the peace of mind that your phone is covered from any unexpected failures. 

110% Guarantee Policy

If you're unhappy with the operation of your cellphone after we have repaired it, we will refund 110% of the cost of all replacement parts and 110% of all labor charges.  No other cellphone repair company even comes close to our guarantee.

Warranty

We are currently working on providing a comprehensive warranty that will protect both new, repaired, and refurbished cellphones.  This is a work in progress.  If you have questions, please feel free to email us with your questions.  We'll get back with you immediately.

We have over 95% success rate repairing water damaged phones, and 1% of all profits are donated to the ASPCA!
