We provide a completely FREE  diagnosis of your cellphone for most problems (excluding water damage).  If your cellphone has been damaged by water, our diagnosis is only $5.00.  Your check for the diagnosis fee and  return shipping/handling fee ($8.95) must be sent to us with your phone.  Also, be sure to print out and complete the Service Request/Shipping Order form and send it with your phone.  Please give a detailed explanation of the problems you are experiencing with your cellphone and how it was damaged.  This will help us with the diagnosis of your cellphone and expedite the repair process.  For WATER DAMAGED phones we charge a $5.00 diagnostic fee with the same shipping/handling fee ($8.95).

Once we receive your cellphone and your payment has cleared, we will diagnose your cellphones' problem.  We will contact you by Email  every step of the way so be sure to check your email frequently.  You will be contacted for approval before any parts are ordered or replaced and any labor repair charges are incurred on your cellphone.  A detailed estimate will be emailed to you for your approval. We require a return email or signed letter authorizing us to proceed with the repair.

If our diagnosis of your cellphone is that it is damaged beyond economical repair or is diagnosed un-repairable, we will either:

Ship your cellphone back to you within 7 business days with our written Diagnosis Report.

Or

Recycle your cellphone with your written approval or Email approval.

Recycling your phone can protect the environment and possibly help our servicemen all around the world.

For your protection please send your cellphone to us using a trackable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx. We also recommend insuring your phone for its full value.  We are not responsible for phones or other devices that do not reach our facility or arrive in a damaged shipping container.  Your repaired phone (or un-repairable phone) will be shipped back to you via U. S. Postal Service Priority mail.  Phones that are being returned to you are not insured (nor tracked after we deliver it to the U. S Postal Service) by us unless you ask for that protection. Please add an additional $4.95 for this service.
